Product Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for providing overall leadership and development for all Product Marketing functions in the assigned territory.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Product Marketing Management:

  • Drive product marketing strategy initiatives by capturing market insight and translating it into actionable, differentiated products and services which benefit (potential) patients and increase revenue.

  • Provide training, support and leadership to all Product Marketing team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved.

  • Directly manage the overall product marketing strategies,structures and budgets. This includes product development, positioning, marketing content, and go to market strategy.

  • Lead product marketing efforts to understand segment influencers including customer demographics, buying behavior, competitive assessments, new developments and market needs. Develop and implement product marketing plans that highlight competitive landscape and customer needs.

  • Provide management with monthly, quarterly and annual sales and marketing performance and forecasts. Report onthe effectiveness of products marketing initiatives using pre-determined KPIs. Make recommendations for improvement.

  • Maintain a database of all product packages as developed by product marketing team members in the assigned territory. 


Internal & External Relationships:

  • Work closely with the (product) marketing, sales & supporting teams and third-party vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel across the UFH network, including general managers, medical department chairs, and etcetera.

  • Establish and maintain external relationships including key opinion leaders, key clinicians, focus groups, patient advocacy groups, and so on.


General:

  • Other duties and special projects as directed by management


Knowledge &  Experience:

  • At least 7-10 years’ experience inproduct marketing - preferably in the healthcare and / or services industry -of which a minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing teams.

  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing and product planning process, strategies and tactics. Up-to-date with the latest best practices, including digital marketing technologies.

  • Able to understand and analyze marketing performance metrics.

  • Strong team management and relationship building skills to constructively foster relationships internally and externally.

  • Analytical skills with aproblem-solving attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Availability to travel as needed.

  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.

  • Native Mandarin Speaker with good English language skills.


Senior Specialist, Event Management

Job Summary

This position is responsible for organizing events for all departments and will include both external - i.e. client facing, community - and internal events. 90% of the time is dedicated to the organization of external events with the ultimate goal to generate brand awareness and increase patient volumes. 


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The event management specialist ensures consistency in approach and standards of each event, supporting the brand image of UFH in the assigned territory, by performing following duties:

 

Event Management:

  • Take ownership of the organization of designated events, including event planning, design, budget, promotion and delivery.

  • Ensure each event is delivered on time and within the designated budget.

  • Liaise with clients - both internal and external - to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Propose ideas for new events as well as improvements of the quality of events, with the ultimate objective to increase brand awareness and patient volumes.

  • Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations.

  • Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize events where appropriate.

  • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems during events.

  • Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report onoutcomes. Provide regular feedback to relevant stakeholders.

Knowledge &  Experience:


  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in event management, preferably in the service industry.

  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management.

  • Customer-service orientated with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Strong Project Management skills, able to manage multiple projects and assignments with minimal supervision.

  • Strong relationship building skills to constructively foster relationships internally and externally.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Minimum BSc degree, preferably in Marketing, hospitality management or relevant field.

  • Native Mandarin Speaker with good English language capabilities.


Marketing Specialist

Job Summary


Provides assistance on promotional activities and events to marketing division.

  • Assist and execute development and implementation of departmental business/marketing plans.

  • Implement the individual membership program.

  • Assist on all marketing events organization and implementation.

  • Implement patient relations including: hospital tour, patient education activities and special events.

  • Assist with and support firm’s involvement in various networks including coordinating business development and marketing activities via these relationships.

  • Develop and maintain marketing database which includes patient and prospect information.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned. 


Qualifications

  • Fluent English (both written and spoken) and Chinese

  • Minimum education requirement-Associate degree in business administration or secretarial practices. Bachelor degree preferred.

  • Minimum experience requirement- Prior executive secretarial experience.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years working experience required.


Skills:

  • Excellent English

  • Good problem solving skills, detail-oriented, organized, responsible, positive attitude, able to work under pressure and tight schedules

  • Flexible and a good team player

  • Good communication skills



Senior Specialist Graphic Design

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the design consistency of all UFH publications in the assigned territory with the goal to project UFH as the premium brand in China’s healthcare industry.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

  • Design all publications – whether published online or traditional print – and ensure consistency of the UFH premium brand through compliance with UFH Visual Entity as developed and directed by UFH Corporate.

  • Develop and maintain a library with all design templates, pictures and illustrations used in the Guangzhou market.

 

Internal & External Relationships:

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales & supporting teams and third-party vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel across the UFH.

 

General:

  • Provide management with monthly, quarterly and annual performance against pre-agreed Key Performance Indicators.

  • Other duties and special projects as directed by management.


Knowledge &  Experience:


  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in Graphic Design.

  • Proficient and up-to-date with the latest design software programs.

  • Strong Project Management skills, able to manage multiple projects and assignments with minimal supervision.

  • Strong relationship building skills to constructively foster relationships internally and externally.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Minimum BSc degree, preferably in Marketing, Industrial Design or relevant field.

  • Native Mandarin Speaker with good English language capabilities.
