I.Acupuncture 针灸 Acupuncture can be applied to arthralgia (joint pain), myalgia (muscle pain), rheumatism (inflammation of joints), muscle aches and soreness as well as post-exercise stiffness. Usually one session takes only 30 minutes.

Ⅱ. Massage 推拿 （1）Massage for Adults 成人推拿 For adults, massage can treat pain in the shoulders, neck and back; a stiff neck; vertigo; and pained knee or ankle joints. Usually it takes around 30-60 minutes for one session.
