春节期间，广州柏悦酒店张灯结彩，以传统方式恭迎客人光临。一尊祥龙腾跃酒店六十五层高空，盘踞于川俣正抽象木雕设计「龙巢」之间跃然而出，寓意龙兴云举，名动天下的崭新一年。而位于酒店一层的桃树满绽、年花争艳、灯笼高挂、金桔灿烂，更令酒店大堂生色添暖，一家大小置身其中喜气洋洋、大吉大利。大年初一，舞狮迎春，醒狮贺年，由大堂舞至酒店不同角落，锣鼓喧天热闹满堂，祈愿新年吉祥顺境。

年之序章，福之伊始。于岭南大宅家外之家，悦享新岁清晨一盅两件，午时美馔体验或午后闲适时光。广州柏悦酒店悦厅推出新春早茶任点任食、新春主题双人半自助下午茶，盏盏件件为宾客匠心缔造粹艺巧思。悦轩推出新春主题自助午餐，以升级美味贺甲辰年岁。
