Dining Room Launches New Autumn Set Menu

Dining Room launches its revamped Italian Autumn Set Menu inspired by seasonal ingredients. Excite your palate with delectable appetizers, comforting soups, al dente homemade pasta, succulent main courses and a sweet finale, all crafted with a local twist by the talented culinary team. The Autumn Set Menu includes Warm scallop cauliflower salad, Naples fermented bean soup, Homemade crab lasagna seafood sauce, Australian M3 waygu beef tenderloin, Cherry mousse cake.

About Dining Room

On the 65th floor are two dining venues that encapsulate the hotel’s underlying residential theme. Dining Room is a contemporary all-day dining space featuring live culinary theater in the show kitchen and a range of semi-private seating, as well as two private rooms, each seating 12 guests. The restaurant offers international fare for breakfast, a semi-buffet lunch, and an à-la-carte dinner menu specializing in southern Italian cuisine.

冬意渐浓，位于广州柏悦酒店的悦轩以冬日季节套餐演绎时令之味，结合意式传统与现代烹饪手法匠心烹制冬日意式佳肴，让宾客在凛冬时节感受味蕾与身心之暖憩。

暖元贝菜花沙拉以精致玲珑的摆盘，开启冬日盛宴。慢煮烤制后的元贝口感柔软温和；配菜方面，主厨巧妙将香草和椰菜花泥进行搭配以突出椰菜花的香甜，并以酸口金橘酱中和椰菜花泥，与鲜美元贝交相辉映。

那不勒斯香肠豆汤采用四种时令豆类，经红酒调味并佐以菠菜、红椒粉、帕马森芝士、那不勒斯香肠熬制而成。汤体带有豆类的粉糯及红酒的馥郁，撒入红椒粉的辛辣味唤醒味蕾，以茴香煸炒的那不勒斯香肠赋予汤绵密的口感，浓郁荤香，余味无穷。

蟹黄海鲜手工千层面极富海洋气息。鲜虾挤压而成的馅料被铺置于千层面饼皮之间，经紫苏与蟹肉匠心调制而成的酱汁为千层面带来鲜咸风味，面饼上炸制金黄酥软的软壳蟹与蟹味酱汁前后呼应，贯穿菜品主题。

主菜为澳洲M3和牛里脊，牛肉经小火慢煮后放入烤箱烤制，外部甘香可口，内部熟度匀称、软嫩且汁水丰盈。鸭胸采用传统油封工艺慢火烤制而成，鸭皮焦香，酥而不腻。

甜品如同色彩艳丽的蘑菇在万物静寂的冬季破冻土而出，展现顽强生机。菌帽部分为夹心樱桃慕斯蛋糕，菌柄部分为香草马斯卡彭蛋糕，将芝士的醇厚浓郁与樱桃的酸甜浪漫碰撞，盘中点缀以巧克力酥粒拟作土壤，增添酥脆口感。
