Guangzhou, China (August 21, 2023) – Park Hyatt Guangzhou celebrates aquatic flavours through “Seafood on Ice” platter. Guests are invited to indulge in an array of chilled seafood spread on ice just awaiting their enjoyment. Only the best and the freshest seafood, from succulent Australian lobsters and firm crab legs to juicy Vietnamese sea whelk and briny French Josephine oysters, are served up on ice for you to explore, taking you on a tantalising journey through the world of seafood from six different seas.

Brown crabs from Scotland and lobsters from Austria are cooked in a homemade court-bouillon, and then chefs prepare an ice bath in the same pot of stock daily to preserve their tender texture and original taste. Not to miss is the Alaskan king sea crab delicately prepared by our chefs to keep its fresh, natural flavour.
