With an emphasis on authentic, rustic Italian dining experience, Dining Room is a restaurant with finesse, offering a range of expertly curated dishes. The Summer Set Menu includes Tomato Gazpacho, Scallop Carpaccio, Deed Fried Cod Fish Ball, Hand Made Fettuccine Abalone Spicy Seafood Sauce, Australian M3 Beef Tenderloin & Ham Pineapple Stuffing Chicken Roll, and Passion Fruit Mango Tartufo.

About Dining Room On the 65th floor are two dining venues that encapsulate the hotel’s underlying residential theme. Dining Room is a contemporary all-day dining space featuring live culinary theater in the show kitchen and a range of semi-private seating, as well as two private rooms, each seating 12 guests.
