To celebrate Global Wellbeing Week from 4 – 11 June 2023, Park Hyatt Guangzhou invited guests to participate in a series of wellbeing activities to free the mind, heal the body and awaken the soul. In collaboration with Manduka, world renowned yoga brand, and Tide, an immersive wellness solution APP, hotel leadership team and VIP guests practiced morning yoga and meditation at 66F Salon, uniting their body, mind and breath, and connecting to the inner core of their being. After a 90-min practice, participants were invited to experience a relaxing and healing crystal singing bowl sound bath journey led by Miya. Hotel culinary team has also prepared two healthy smoothies for guests to refresh after practice.
