BIS Principal Announcement | 校长公告 - Britannia International School 广州市英伦国际学校

Dear BIS Community Members,

The Board of Directors of Britannia International School Guangzhou is pleased to announce that Mr. Timothy John Shepherd will be joining the BIS team as the school Principal from August 2021. Mr. Shepherd will bring with him a wealth of international leadership experience to BIS.

Mr. Timothy John Shepherd has been teaching for over twenty years in Switzerland, Thailand, Estonia, Indonesia and Malaysia, and been a Principal at schools in Malaysia and China. He is experienced in English National Curriculum, IB, American Standards and vocational in different schools. His most recent international school experience is at an International School in Guangzhou.

The Board of Directors would like to thank Lead Teacher Ms. Karen Mead for her hard work and dedication this past year. The board is excited to add Mr. Shepherd to the leadership team and look forward to seeing continued growth and innovation at the school. 

Mr. Shepherd is excited about the appointment as the School Principal for BIS. He has a strong belief in the school vision and he will ensure we fulfil the potential of each and every student at BIS.
