第一太平戴维斯今日正式宣布，任命罗瑾(Louisa Luo)女士为中国区产业及物流地产部负责人，将全面负责部门的战略运营、业务发展及团队管理工作，整合并加强第一太平戴维斯中国区产业及物流地产业务。 罗瑾女士在中国房地产市场拥有超过20年的专业经验，在产业地产、工业地产、物流地产、商业地产等板块有着丰富的资源及优秀的团队领导力，业绩遍布中国各大市场。 在加入第一太平戴维斯之前，罗瑾女士担任世邦魏理仕华中区董事总经理以及中国区交易及顾问服务部产业地产部主管，负责并主导了众多工业物流项目的成交，其中包括助力腾飞瑞邑、普洛斯、领盛投资、凯龙瑞、万科、乐歌等机构收购或处置工业物流及商务园资产，促成乐高、保时捷、大众、宝马等国际企业完成工业土地购买或定制项目。多年来，罗瑾女士直接领导并完成重要交易项目总值超过60亿人民币。罗瑾女士拥有华盛顿大学MBA学位及皇家特许测量师学会专业资质。

Savills is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Louisa Luo as China Head of Industrial and Logistics. She will oversee the strategic operation, business development and team management while continue to integrate and strengthen our industrial and logistics business in China. With over 20 years of professional experience in the Chinese real estate market, Louisa will bring excellent leadership and extensive resources in industrial, logistics and commercial sectors, with a solid track record across main markets in China. Prior to joining Savills, Louisa was Regional Managing Director for Central China & China Head of Advisory and Transaction Services, Industrial and Logistics at CBRE. She has led and secured numerous industrial & logistics transactions, including the industrial, logistics and business park acquisition or disposal deals for developers and fund investors, such as Ascendas REIT, GLP, LaSalle Investment Management, Kailong, Logos, and Vanke, and land acquisition or built-to-suit projects for MNCs, such as LEGO, Disney, Porsche, Volkswagen, and BMW. Over the years, she directly led to complete significant deals with over RMB 6 billion transaction value. Louisa holds an MBA degree from Washington University and a professional qualification from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
