2021秋季国王幼儿园持续接收报名中… ….师资队伍提前看！ - The King's School Shenzhen International 深圳市南山区坎特伯雷国王幼儿园近来“三胎政策”全面开放的新闻引发热议。孩子是否能够享受到好的教育资源，也是爸爸妈妈们在生育之前重点考虑的问题。然而当前最重要的，是为孩子选择一家适合他全面发展的学校，让他自由快乐学习成长。 孩子在学校里，接触最多的就是老师。所以说“择校，其实就是选择老师”，一点也不为过。当前深圳坎特伯雷国王学校2021秋季幼儿园招生已经开启，我们先来认识一下幼儿园管理团队和部分专业课教师，也请大家一起关注后续教育资讯！ Recently, the announcement of the “Three-Child Policy” drew a heated discussion. Whether their children can enjoy a good education is, of course, one of the most important issues that parents consider before having a baby. Their immediate priority is to choose a school where children’s talents can be fully developed in a free and joyful learning environment. When children are in school, the people they come into contact with most are the teachers. Therefore, it is probably right to say that “choosing a school is actually choosing the teachers”. The enrollment for 2021-2022 academic year at Pre-Prep in The King’s School Shenzhen International is already open. 来自教育世家的她，同样是教育学出身，在英国获得了本科学位之后，又前往加拿大深造，获得教师资格证和领导管理证书。她曾在北京、加拿大和英国的国际学校任教，并在马来西亚的知名国际学校担任领导岗位，在教育行业深耕25年，特别是在幼儿早期教育方面，有着独特的教育方式和理念，她将带着自己的“超级课程”，加入国王学校，给大家带来新知与惊喜。 “Each and every child is unique with a particular style of learning, meriting personalised nurturing and teaching.” 杨炼红 中方园长
杨园长是创校团队班子成员，有着32年的幼儿园教育和管理经验的她谦逊务实、悦纳包容，始终秉持“尊重、温暖、成全”的教育管理理念，坚持用爱与专业守护儿童的幸福童年。杨园长先后获得了广东省优秀幼儿园园长、深圳市学前教育首届苗圃工程名园长、深圳市优秀督学、深圳大学硕士研究生校外导师等多项荣誉。 Ms Yang is a member of the founding team with 32 years of educational experience in early years. She is humble, pragmatic, open and forgiving, always upholding the educational management philosophy of "respect, gentleness, and fulfilment" by insisting on safeguarding children’s happy childhood with love and professionalism. 自2019年幼儿园开设以来，Danielle便加入了国王学校创校团队。她的本科专业是英语研究学，硕士专业是教育领导与管理，拥有PGCE, Celta证书。她曾在迪拜、肯尼亚和英国任教。近十年的实战教学经验，让她形成了独特的教学风格，她擅长优化儿童行为管理，陪伴孩子养成良好的生活学习习惯，使其终生受益。 Danielle Curran, Deputy Head: Danielle is a founding member of staff. She graduated from University in the UK with a degree in English Language, before embarking on her PGCE to begin a career in education. Since then Danielle has completed an MA in Education Leadership and Management and is currently completing a MA in Special Educational Needs. During her twelve years of teaching she has worked at schools in Dubai, Kenya and the UK. 热爱艺术、钟情教育的她拥有英国切尔西艺术与设计学院、英国伦敦艺术大学温布尔登艺术学院、雅典美术学院三个学校的硕士学位，同时还持有英国教育部教师资格证书和雅典美术学院教育（ASFA）PGCE证书，并曾在泰特美术馆，伦敦艺术大学，英国国际学校等学校任教超过十年。多年来Christoforatou的作品在世界各地的博物馆，画廊和年展上展出，并获得学术奖学金，并受邀在艺术论坛开设讲座，协助教师和艺术家们开办工作室。在国王学校她负责幼儿园的艺术教学工作，带领孩子们一起感受艺术之美。 Maria graduated with an MPhil Practice-based Research from Chelsea College of Arts (UK) and an MA in Painting from Wimbledon College of Arts, University of the Arts London (UK). Maria joins King’s as Lead Teacher of Art with ten years' teaching experience, qualified as a teacher from the Department of Education in the UK and has a PGCE in Secondary Education from Athens School of Fine Arts (ASFA), Greece. She also has an Integrated Masters and BA (Hons) in Fine Arts (Painting, Sculpture, Multimedia) from Athens School of Fine Arts (ASFA). She has worked in Primary and Secondary schools, at the Tate Galleries, at the University of the Arts London, at Britannica International School and ROSSO Arts College in Shanghai. Her work has been exhibited in museums, galleries, and biennials worldwide and awarded academic scholarships. She has taught at numerous conferences on Art teaching and run workshops for teachers and artists. She will combine her Art teaching in the Pre-Prep, and guide the children to experience the beauty of art, create their own works of art, and form their own artistic style. “我热衷于创作、设计与艺术学习，渴望将快乐和激情传递给他人。每当发现有新的方式呈现艺术，并能与其它课程相结合的时候，我会无比兴奋，而这也是我的动力与热情所在。” “I have always had a love for creating, designing and studying art, a desire to pass on the joy and passion to others. Frank 老师为香港浸会大学硕士，同时持有中国大陆幼儿园和高级中学音乐教师资格证书，曾在深港两地从事双语音乐教学工作，所教学段跨度从幼儿园至大学。在他的音乐课上，他会使用国际化教学方法，将全球音乐史对比融合讲授。Frank 老师的教学理念是：从玩中学，在活动情境中获得“活”知识；帮助学生找到自己的学习方法比学习内容更重要；先培养出有学习兴趣的种子，才会收获一棵会终身自我汲取养分的树。 Frank gained a Master of Arts in Music at Hong Kong Baptist University and holds a teaching qualification that enables him to teach music in kindergartens alongside senior and middle schools in Mainland. As a qualified teacher he has taught bilingual music in both Shenzhen and Hong Kong to various age groups, ranging from early years to higher education. He integrates German teaching methods with global music history. Frank’s teaching philosophy is that children learn from being active; they gain "fresh" knowledge through musical activities which help them to find their own musicality. In this way he aims to cultivate the seeds of an interest in learning which will enable the students to learn by themselves and which will last a lifetime. “我相信学习是一段无止尽的快乐旅程，而我是让学生在这条路上尽情探索的助力者。” “As a teacher, I believe we are the facilitator along the way as students explore the endless joy of learning journey.”
Ben自2019年以来一直在国王学校工作。他来自英格兰东南部，获得了格洛斯特郡大学的体育发展学位，曾在英国多所学校教授体育运动相关课程。他具有丰富的青少年运动技能培养经验，擅长用趣味性和挑战性兼顾的方式，引导孩子们爱上运动，享受体育带来的健康和快乐。 Ben has been working with us since 2019. He comes from the South East of England and studied at the University of Gloucestershire graduating with a degree in Sports Development. With a strong background in developing sporting skills in young people, he has taught PE and sport at a number of different Primary Schools in the UK. Enrolment this year is as popular as ever and our Pre-K and K3 classes are already full; however, parents who wish to apply can sign up for the waiting list. We have only a few places in K1 and K2 classes, so we warmly welcome parents to apply.
