2021年3月，广东固法律师事务所外籍法律顾问Mr. Lutz Kaiser取得英格兰与威尔士律师执业资格。除中国大陆地区以及德国之外，现固法还可为客户在英格兰与威尔士地区直接提供法律服务，包括起草法律文书、提供法律咨询、乃至在部分法院出庭进行诉讼活动等。

Mr. Lutz Kaiser，1992年起在德国执业，于2020年获得广东省司法厅第001号外国法律顾问证。在德国和美国接受教育后，Mr. Lutz Kaiser一直从事法律工作，具有税务和国际商务方面的强大背景。他通过为管理层提供法律支持，同时处理日常业务中的人力资源问题，为客户提供高质量的解决方案。2010-2019年期间，其担任多届国际律师事务所联盟主席，卸任后加入固法所担任外国法律顾问。Mr. Lutz Kaiser的加盟进一步增强了固法的涉外及域外法律服务能力。

PW German Counsel Mr. Lutz Kaiser is Admitted as Solicitor in EW

In March 2021, Mr. Lutz Kaiser, the foreign counsel of PW, was admitted to the Registry of Solicitor in England and Wales. In addition to China and Germany, PW can also provide legal services in England and Whale, including drafting instruments, providing legal advices and even exercising rights of audience before certain courts.

Mr. Lutz Kaiser was admitted in Germany since 1992 and obtained the No. 001 Foreign Legal Consultant Certificate of the Guangdong Department of Justice in 2020. After receiving his education from Germany and the United States, Mr. Lutz Kaiser, has been practicing law with a strong background in Taxes and International Business. He presents high quality problems solution for his clients through the practice of providing legal support to their management and at the same time handling human resources legal matters in its daily business. From 2010 to 2019, he has served as the chairman of International Law Firms (ILF) several times. After his resignation, he joined PW as a foreign legal consultant, further enhancing PW’s capacities on providing foreign-related and extraterritorial legal services.
