Tencent Becomes the Main Shareholder of Baioo 腾讯公司成百奥家庭互动主要股东 - Baioo International Infant Care & Preschool 百奥国际幼教中心

互联网巨头腾讯公司购买了百奥家庭互动3.26亿股后，百奥家庭互动股价于本周飙升，一度攀升85%至2.90港元（合0.37美元）的历史高位。这是腾讯对涵盖儿童娱乐和教育内容的百奥家庭互动集团进行大量投资的重要举措。

Baioo’s share price soared this week, at one point climbing 85% to a record high of $2.90 HKD ($0.37 USD) as media giant Tencent invested heavily in the children’s entertainment and education group, buying 326 million shares.

这一收购意味着目前腾讯拥有百奥12%的股份。百奥家庭互动的主要业务包括热门游戏如《奥拉星》和《食物语》等游戏业务以及迅速扩大参与的早期幼儿教育业务等。

The purchase means that Tencent now have a 12% stake in the company that includes hit game titles AoLaXing and ShiWuYu as well as a rapidly increasing involvement in early years education.
