The Queen's Letter to MIS丨女王回信了！- Merchiston International School (MIS) MIS曼彻斯通城堡学校

You will remember our Year 5 student Lili Mei recently wrote some letters to the UK Leaders.  Yesterday Lili Mei was delighted to receive a reply from The Queen.

你一定还记得曼校五年级的学生Lili Mei最近写信给英国领导人的事情。昨天，她非常幸运地收到了女王的回信。

Lili Mei is attending the MIS Summer Camp and was intrigued to hear that a letter had arrived for her.

Lili Mei 此时正在参加曼校夏校，听说有一封来自女王陛下的信已经送达，她非常兴奋。

With great excitement she opened the letter quickly!  Reading the letter to the staff members she read aloud the words:

In May, worried about how the pandemic had effected everyone, Lili Mei wrote to the UK's leaders including masks with her best wishes.

五月，由于对于疫情的担忧，Lili Mei写信并附口罩一包，向英国领导人表达了祝福。

In the letter to the Queen, Lili Mei also mentioned Her Majesty had visited MCS in 1983. The Queen was "glad to be reminded of" that.

在给女王陛下的信里，Lili Mei还提及女王曾经于1983年到访过曼校。女王收信后，表示“很高兴被提醒”她曾到访过。

Our community felt privileged to receive the communication from Windsor Castle.
