Executive Pastry Chef Mr. Francesco Mannino drew inspiration from Welton London’s signature fragrance products and brand elements to create specially designed and delectable snacks for the Welton London Afternoon Tea. With a white chocolate and raspberry cookie base and an almond sponge cake decorated with geometric shapes, “Hints of Geometry” takes you on a journey of discovery through the sweet scent of peach and raspberry. “Jar of Aroma” takes the form of a scent in that it is filled with the rich aroma of caramel and coffee. “Scent of Sincerity” uses Welton London’s signature ribbon to decorate a coconut cake. The coconut mousse hemisphere is packed with tropical fruits and topped with white chocolate feathers and coconut flakes. The creamy coconut taste and refreshing fruity flavour will leave a lasting impression.
