Oct: Stepping into a Leadership Position 进入领导角色

Overview

When talented staff move into a people management position they often find the transition an unnecessarily difficult one. This is a half-day workshop designed for staff who have recently taken on leadership or people management duties in their company or those staff on a leadership path. It will acquaint them with some of the key concepts and skills required to be an assertive and approachable leader.

Trainer Introduction

David Butler, from England, has lived and worked in China since 2005 and is Director of Frank Butler Consultants (FBC Training) which provides a variety of innovative training to corporations. David has been delivering high level instruction in business writing for over 25 years to corporations, consulates and embassies in four continents. He’s also an avid user of WeChat. His previous positions include Director of a Training Centre in Beijing, Program Manager at China Southern Airlines in Guangzhou and Head of Teacher Training at an Australian University.
