"12 Constellation" Themed Afternoon Tea - Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan

Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan recently launched a creative ‘12 Constellation’ themed afternoon tea, which integrates the constellation characteristics into each refreshment, it encourages the guests to explore the mystery of the constellation while having an indulgence with the delicious afternoon tea.

The Pastry Team of hotel spent two months to specialize in the constellation aesthetics, combined with the attributes of the constellation, liaise each pieces of refreshment with constellation meaning. The whole set of afternoon tea is divided into four series according to the constellation attributes, including fire sign, earth sign, wind sign and water sign respectively.

Fire signs include LEO, ARIES, SAGITTARIUS matching with dessert of Caramel sea salt cream hazelnut cake, raspberry cheesecake and Cream pumpkin mousses with crispy salami respectively.

Earth signs  includes VIRGO,  TAURUS and CAPRICORNUS refer to fresh crab meat tart with coconut juice and capers, plain scone and flavored scone and Red wine cherry 62% chocolate mousse respectively.

Air signs includes LIBRA, AQUARIUS, GEMINI refer to Bergamot green tea cream tart, Air dried pork neck ham sandwich with peach jam and Avocado honey almond cake.

Water signs include CANCER, PISCES, SCORPIO refer to Fresh shrimp with purple potato puree bread roll, Peach mascarpone cheese mousse and Black sesame Chantilly cream cake roll respectively.

The set also offers customized coffee like latte or cappuccino according to the constellation of guests. The Lounge located on the 43rd floor of the hotel，guests can enjoy a panoramic view of Nanshan district and Shenzhen Bay, with accompanied by the live piano performance and beautiful afternoon tea.
