  • You have HR Manager experience at an International five-star lifestyle hotel

  • Proven track record and a unique personality with ¡®out of the box¡¯ mind-set

  • Have a solid understanding of applicable China employment and labor laws

  • A people person, outgoing and team spirit oriented 

  • Excellent leadership and communications skills

  • Proactive and Creative personality

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

  • You will be responsible for hotel HR and Training operations

  • Deliver the brand promise and work on your initiative

  • Enable Residence G young, dynamic associates to provide high levels of Service

  • Provide effective leadership

  • Lead lifestyle Residence activities and go beyond employees¡¯ expectations

  • Promote high guest satisfaction throughout the property

  • Deliver results, and strive to achieve other short- and long-term strategic goals
