China's commercial real estate industry is in a critical period of transformation and innovation. Meanwhile the relationship between China and the UK has grown stronger over the past few years. The UK government continues to support British companies taking the lead in construction, planning and design and engineering through cooperation with Chinese projects.

当前，中国商业地产行业正处于转型创新的关键时期。随着近年来中英关系越来越紧密，英国政府将一如既往地帮助英国企业发挥在建筑、规划设计、工程等领域的领先优势，促进与中国项目的合作。

This forum will analyse the current trends of the real estate industry and how city planning  and buildings can be improved to cope with ongoing changes. Topics covered will include  for example urban regeneration and low-carbon construction. It will also bring together professionals and industry experts to exchange ideas and continue to build relationships between Chinese and British Companies. Through successful cooperation, China and Britain can work towards sustainable development of these industries and a more pleasant city living experience. 

本次论坛主题将聚焦 “新·旧·融合”围绕当前城市商业地产形势走向，从建筑设计、旧城改造、低碳建筑等话题展开讨论。活动将汇聚专业人士，集中全行业的智慧和资源，并加强中英企业之间的交流和合作，为推动行业可持续发展做出贡献，和建设更美好的城市而努力。而目前粤港澳大湾区城市群”建设作为国家战略性规划，也将给地产和建筑行业带来一系列的机遇和挑战。英国有着丰富和成功的城市更新经验，包括独特的城市管理原则、注重旧有建筑的保护、融入创意提升建筑价值、贯彻绿色可持续发展理念、重视长远规划等有益做法，也希望与中方嘉宾分享，共话合作。
