Graeme Hackland joined Williams in 2014, and is the Williams Group IT Director, and CIO of Williams Martini Racing, serving on the company's Executive Committee and leading the IT Risk Committee. He was brought on board to drive the digital and information technology transformation programme. This is Graeme's 20th season in Formula One.

Graeme is a Fellow  of BCS, a member of the IEEE and IEEE Computer Society and holds a National  Diploma in Electronic Engineering (LC) from Natal Technikon, South Africa.  Outside of work Graeme is a husband, father, and ultra-marathon runner. He  featured in Computing UK’s Top 100 CIOs in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
