Cherry holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from the Hunan Institute of Science and Technology and specializes in labor law, payroll, recruitment and hiring patterns. Before joining Dezan Shira & Associates in 2016, Cherry worked in several multi-national enterprises where she developed an extensive skillset in human resource management, compensation and benefit (C&B), recruitment, organization development (OD) and employee relationship (ER) management. |

■ Kent Woo Partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm Kent Woo is a Partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm. With over 20 years of experience providing legal services to foreign companies doing business in China, Kent is responsible for managing the Corporate/Foreign Direct Investment Team in Zhong Lun’s Guangzhou office. His work involves the creation of client specific legal strategies for entry into the Chinese market, as well as drafting and negotiating corporate documentation relating to the establishment and operation of foreign invested enterprises.
