[Fully Booked] May 3: 2018 New Opportunities of Trade in Guangdong 2018广东省外贸新机遇Thursday 3rd May, 2018 2018年5月3日周四 Fully Booked Over the past 20 years, China’s import and export industry has seen a rapid development. With more policies and reforms to regulate the domestic business environment, the Chinese government is leading a campaign on combating the traditional illegal export practice of -“buying documents”. “Buying documents” is an unsafe way of trading, by spending a few hundred yuan to pay for an agent, who uses the name of an unknown company to export for you. In this activity, the agent can use fake VAT Fapiao to apply for export tax refund and avoid paying tax. 过去二十年，中国进出口贸易发展蓬勃。随着国内营商环境改革政策的出台，政府正严厉打击传统的非法贸易方式---买单出口。违法的“买单出口”滋长了很多缺乏技术改革能力、货物品质低下的非法工厂，变相为很多实体经营的中小微企业带来不必要的损害。 This unsafe way of trading creates numerous unqualified factories that procures low quality products, which causes harm to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). To fight against the system of buying documents and to support exporters, the Guangdong government has launched a new trading system, “Market Purchase”. By processing the Customs declaration through this system, traders can legally export without VAT Fapiao, and legally receive foreign currencies and exchange them into Renminbi. 为杜绝买单出口对中国经济发展的伤害，广东省政府推出“市场出口采购”贸易方式，让外国采购商真正实现“无票合法出口”、“合法收结汇”及“急速通关”。 We are delighted to invite Hitouch to present a seminar on Market Purchase and this new opportunity of trading in Guangdong.
