Foreigner Work Policy & Visa Application Tips外国人签证管理新政策解读会系列活动回顾 Guangzhou & Shenzhen, 10th May & 22nd June In April this year, the Chinese Government fully implemented the new Work Permit System for Foreigners. Together with special guests who analysed this new policy and provided visa application advice to relevant companies, Britcham Guangdong held two sessions on Entry-Exit Regulations and Visa Application Tips for foreigners, in Guangzhou and Shenzhen respectively. 今年四月中国开始全面实施《外国人来华工作许可制度》，广东英国商会特邀重磅嘉宾于广州、深圳两地举办外国人签证管理新政策及申请解读会，为各个外资企业答疑解惑。
On 10th May, the Guangzhou session was held in W Hotel. We invited Ms. Guo from the Division of Exit & Entry Administration of the Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau and Becky Xia from Fragomen Shanghai Co. to introduce new policies about foreigner work policy and visa application tips, in which positive feedbacks were well received. 广州站解读会于5月10日在W酒店举办，广东英国商会荣幸地邀请了广州市公安局出入境管理支队国际合作办公室郭警官以及费戈曼商务咨询(上海)有限公司负责人夏凌华（Becky Xia）为来宾讲解签证政策的最新变化、签证分类对外国劳动力的影响，以及如何应对签证的申请和政策的变化。本次活动收到来宾们的积极评价。
On 22nd June, Britcham Guangdong held the other session in Langham Hotel Shenzhen. This event was supported by CCI France Chine and the German Chamber of Commerce. For this event, Britcham Guangdong invited Mr. Xu, Deputy Director of Shenzhen Exit-Entry Visa Office of the Public Security Department of Guangdong Province as well as Ms. Xia, supervisor of Shenzhen Administration Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs. More than 60 guests attended the event.
6月22日，深圳站会议于东海朗廷酒店举办。本次活动由广东英国商会主办，中国法国工商会及德国商会支持。 广东英国商会荣幸地邀请了广东省公安厅深圳出入境签证办事处徐主任、深圳市外国专家局夏主管出席活动，为我们解读并分享外国人来华工作政策及口岸签证相关问题。当日约有70位来宾参与活动，来宾主要来自外资企业人力资源部或行政部门。
Ms. Xia explained the new Work Permit System for Foreigners, by which foreign personnel are categorized into A, B and C. She also introduced the work permit application process and the relevant materials needed in order to apply. 深圳市外国专家局的夏主管为我们解析外国人才A, B, C分类，以及申请来华工作许可证需要准备的材料和办理流程。
Following on from this, Mr. Xu explained the regulations concerning point of entry visa applications. This included different visa categories, required application materials, application procedures, registration system, in addition to a case study. 广东省公安厅深圳出入境签证办事处徐主任为我们介绍了口岸签证种类、申请材料、办理流程、备案制度以及个案分析。
