Job Title: Distribution Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Manager to join our team at Residence G Shenzhen. The Distribution Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our distribution channels to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue of the Suite Rooms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective distribution strategies while collaborating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and optimize distribution channels to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue.

· Develop and implement distribution strategies to enhance market presence.

· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns.

· Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

· Proven experience in distribution management within the hospitality industry.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
