A Year in Review: BritCham Guangdong 2023Dear members and friends, As we approach the festive season, we would like to extend our warmest Christmas greetings. This year has been challenging yet promising - we have come out stronger and more resilient. We are delighted to present to you some of our acheivements.
We are proud to share that our chamber has over 140 dedicated members. Together, we have organized 40+ events, creating valuable connections and opportunities for 200+ businesses. Our presence on social media has also grown, with over 580k+ exposures. Looking towards the future, we remain optimistic. In 2024, we will focus on promoting membership, welcoming new members to our community. If you are interested in joining the dots, please feel free to contact us. Before we wave goodbye to 2023, let's celebrate some highlights. Our Position Paper 2023 London Doorknock in June allowed us to advocate for our members' interests and strengthen UK-China relationships. In November, our British Day in Shenzhen and Guangzhou together drew over 6,000 attendees, celebrating British culture in the GBA. Lastly, our Christmas Gala in December brought together over 220 esteemed guests, fostering connections and joyful celebrations.
