YOU ARE GOOD AT: 

·         Be computer literate, preferably with hotel HMS system and rate management.

·         Excel expertise including complex formulas, pivot tables and chart.

·         Business savvy and demonstrated ability to identify revenue opportunities and make recommendations based on Data and trends

·         Demonstrate the ability to interact positively with customers, OTA account managers and third parties, reflecting the high standards of the hotel.

·         Create new and innovative package.

·         Have good English writing and presentation skills.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

·         Be responsible for all distribution channels management.

·         Manage revenue systems and reports including but not limited to Month End reports, Sales performance reports, production statistics, hotel Property Management System and Revenue Systems.

·         Highlight variances, trends and opportunities from data analysis and provide clear reports for the leadership team to guide the hotel sales and revenue strategy.

·         Participate and support forecast preparation, including micro and macro data analysis.

·         Champion all channel related matters including system monitoring and rate loading.
