随着人工智能、大数据、云计算等技术在金融行业的广泛应用, 科技对于金融的驱动作用被不断强化, 创新型的金融产品和服务层出不穷，给金融产业链、供应链和价值链带来了深刻影响。

为全面掌握金融科技行业发展现状和未来趋势，深入了解金融科技企业贯彻落实行业监管政策和服务金融机构情况，中国互联网金融协会金融科技发展与研究专委会联合毕马威中国开展专项调查，面向全国范围内金融科技企业首席执行官、创始人或金融科技业务负责人发放调查问卷，收集和分析来自金融科技行业第一线的真知灼见。

本次调查问卷依托中国互联网金融协会和毕马威中国渠道发放，自2021年6月15日启动，至2021年7月5日结束，共计回收214份有效问卷样本。通过联合课题组对问卷数据的归纳、整理和分析，并与2020年有关调查数据进行比较，最终形成《2021中国金融科技企业首席洞察报告》。报告由受访企业基本情况、当前金融科技发展的十大特点、金融科技未来十大发展趋势展望、金融科技行业发展建议等主要部分构成。各章节的核心发现和主要观点包括：

Investing in China's Greater Bay Area

IIT subsidy to boost GBA talent  acquisition 

Over the five years from the start of 2019 to  the end of 2023, overseas “high-end” talents  and “urgently needed” talents working in the  nines cities of Guangdong province – namely  Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan,  Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen,  and Zhaoqing – can apply for IIT subsidies.  The IIT subsidy amounts to the portion of the  individual income tax paid by the qualifying  overseas talent to the tax bureaus of the nine  Guangdong cities that exceeds 15 percent  of one’s taxable income. The excess portion  calculated based on last year's taxable income  can be returned to the talent as a financial  subsidy this year.
