工作在深圳:如何舒缓压力


On 5th March, the British Chamber of Commerce Guangdong successfully organised an offline seminar with our corporate member LIH-Olivia's Place Shenzhen (LIHOP) at Residence G, Shenzhen. The topic of the seminar was "Work Life in Shenzhen: How to Stay Positive ". We welcomed over 20 guests from the education field.


广东英国商会于 3 月 5 日与我们的企业会员深圳长和大蕴儿童康复门诊部在深圳G公寓成功举办了一场主题为 "工作在深圳:如何舒缓压力" 的线下研讨会。活动当天有 20 多位教育行业的来宾到场。

The seminar consisted of three sessions: keynote speech, panel discussion and finger food & networking.


此次研讨会共包含三个部分:嘉宾演讲、小组讨论和轻食以及自由社交环节。

Ms. Rebekah Loh, the school relations & marketing manager of the LIH-Olivia's Place Shenzhen (LIHOP), was the host and moderator for this seminar.


深圳长和大蕴儿童康复门诊部的学校关系以及市场部经理Rebekah Loh 女士担任此次研讨会的主持人。

Ms. Echo Ji, Events Manager of the British Chamber of Commerce Guangdong, warmly welcomed the guests and also introduced how Britcham GD support members through connection, promotion and sharing.

Keynote Speech 

嘉宾演讲


We were honored to invite the Psy.D Howard Wong from LIHOP to deliver a keynote speech online. Dr. Wong could not join the seminar in person due to the pandemic, and he shared the common causes of work stress especially in education sector and the useful tips to cope with the stress. 


此次研讨会中,我们有幸地邀请到了深圳长和大蕴儿童康复门诊部临床心理顾问黄浩怀博士做线上主题演讲。由于疫情的缘故,黄博士未能来到现场,黄博士通过线上直播的形式为在场的嘉宾分享了工作压力的来源,以及如何应对这些压力。

The common causes of work stress are long working hours, tension in workplace relationship, lack of support network, dysfunctional stress coping, perfectionism and personal value conflicts.. 


当今社会,影响工作压力的共同因素为过长的工作时间,公司人际关系的紧张,缺少社交支持,不知如何应对压力,工作中追求完美以及个人价值观矛盾。 


There are various ways to cope with the work stress, such as entertainment, doing physical exercise and looking for support. People who have work stress can try differents things to relax and check which is the most effective way. At last, Dr. Wong shared a patient's case study about work stress.


应对压力的方式多种多样,如休闲娱乐,运动,寻求支持等,很多时候需要尝试许多种方式来确定哪种是对自己最为有效的。最后,黄博士以一位患者的工作压力案例分析结束了此次的分享。

In the panel discussion session, four panelists from the education field - Dr. Zemin Chen, Mr. Thomas Tucker, Ms. Dorothee Wong and Ms. Cristin Childress shared the working stress they faced in 2020 and how did they cope with the stress. Each panelist shared three practical tips to deal with the stress.


在小组讨论环节,四位来自教育行业的嘉宾 - 陈泽敏博士,Thomas Tucker、Dorothee Wong 和 Cristin Childress 分别分享了 2020 年疫情期间面对的各种各样的工作压力,以及如何应对。每位嘉宾都分享了三个实用的应对工作压力的小技巧。

The seminar provided a great plantform for our members and guests from education industry. People exchanged practical tips about coping with the work stress and spent a relaxing Friday afternoon. 


此次研讨会为我们的教育领域的会员和嘉宾提供了一个交流的平台。大家学习了缓解工作压力的实用方法,在轻松的氛围下结交朋友和商业伙伴,共同度过了一个轻松的周五下午。
