We welcomed over 40 Human Resources Managers and Executive - level Managers in the tech sector and related fields. 广东英国商会于 1 月 20 日与我们的企业会员瀚纳仕在深圳福田 BEEPLUS 财富大厦空间成功举办了一场线下研讨会。研讨会的主题为：华南科技人才的市场趋势。当天有 40 多位科技及相关领域的人力资源经理和高级管理人员到场。

Keynote Speech & Guest Speech 主题演讲 & 嘉宾演讲 In this seminar, three prominent speakers were invited to deliver their own opinions regarding human resources strategie within the technology sector in South China and the high-tech company's preference in choosing a working space. Three speakers were: Fred Zhu, Business Director of HAYS, Derek Leng, Assistant Executive of BEEPLUS and Nick Li, Assistant to the President of Shenzhen Institute of Financial Stability and Development. 此次研讨会中，我们有幸地邀请到了瀚纳仕业务总监 Fred Zhu、蜜蜂科技助理总裁 Derek Leng 以及深圳市金融稳定发展研究院院长助理 Nick Li 就华南地区科技行业的人力资源战略和高科技公司在选择工作空间时的偏好等话题做了主题演讲。
Fred Zhu Mr. Fred Zhu, Business Director of HAYS, brought with us the market trends for talents in technology sector from different perspectives, including the market trends of talents in China in 2021, how to retain the technology talents and wage ranged for certain technical positions according to the HAYS wages report and the DNA of future workplace in Asia. Hays also provided five suggestions to the Chinese employers according to the result of the report:

Derek Leng Mr. Derek Leng, Assistant Executive of BEEPLUS and Deputy General Manager of BEEPLUS Reith Group, shared with us the talents map within the technology sector in Greater Bay Area, science and technology community activities organised by BEEPLUS such as entrepreneurship competition, project roadshow, visiting science and technology companies and guidance from famous instructors. Nick Li Dr. Nick Li, Assistant to the President of Shenzhen Institute of Financial Stability and Development, talked about human resource demand for the financial industry and innovative practice of professional certification system under the background of financial technology with a case study of "Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macao financial Technologists" programme. After receiving the certificate of Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Macao financial technologists, the holder can work in Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macao with one certificate, which is of great significance for the convenience of personnel exchanges and the interconnection of financial talent markets in the three cities. The flow/exchanges of financial technologists will greatly promote the innovation and development of financial technology industry in Shenzhen and even the Greater Bay Area. 深圳市金融稳定发展研究院院长助理李凯博士以“深港澳金融科技师”专才计划为例讲解了金融科技背景下金融行业的人力资源需求和职业认证体系的创新实践。金融科技人才通过深港澳金融科技师考试后，持证人可以一张证书通行深港澳三地，对三地人员往来便利、金融人才市场互联互通具有重要意义，金融科技人才的流动将极大也会促进深圳市乃至大湾区金融科技产业创新发展。 Panel Discussion 小组讨论 In the panel discussion session, three panelists - Sylvia Lau, Jacky Lin and Haibin Li firstly introduced their industry and working fields, then they discussed challenges and opportunities they met in 2020, the employment needs of the IT industry and the short supply talents from the perspectives of professional headhunters, IT directors and CEO of financial technology companies, as well as some suggestions for technical employees and employers in 2021. 在小组讨论环节，三位科技行业的资深人士 - 刘笑、林叶良、李海斌首先介绍了自己所在的行业以及工作领域，紧接着分别从专业猎头、金融科技公司 IT 负责人 / CEO 的角度探讨了 2020 年遇到到挑战和机遇，互联网 IT 行业的用人需求以及现在最紧缺的人才，还有 2021 年对技术员工和雇主的一些建议。
