Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities

·         Provide technical assistance to the engineering team in multiple manufacturing processes such as metal stamping, injection moulding, die cast and electronics,

·         Explore best options for reducing manufacturing cost yet maintaining the high standards required at China2West,

·         Supplier Quotation Review,

·         Creation and editing of DFM reports,

·         Creation of Quality Control Documents, Work Instructions & QA plans for production,

·         Visit factories during production especially in the initial stages to ensure that parts are produced according to high standards,

·         Managing multiple suppliers at the same time to meet project goals,

·         Provide detailed reports on daily/weekly basis to team leader,

·         Communicate with the rest of the engineering team to map clear project plans,

·         Will be required to go to factories for troubleshooting.

Requirements/Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, engineering, or equivalent experience,

·         4+ years’ experience in mechanical or engineering fields.

·         Good understanding of manufacturing processes especially metal stamping, die cast, injection moulding/plastic parts, electronics,

·         Experience in supplier management,

·         Fluent verbal and written skills in English & Chinese,

·         Independent thinking, analytical, consultative and communication skills,

·         Self-disciplined to finish the task timely and satisfactorily,

·         Motivated and creative self-starter able to plan, organizes, and prioritize work schedule,

·         Ability to use CAD and engineering software Solid Work,

·         Efficient user of Microsoft Office software, including Excel & Word,

·         Ability to work in an international environment and be a team player,

·         Ability to meet tight deadlines.

工作岗位：项目工程师

工作职责

·         为工程团队提供多种制造工艺的技术支持，如金属冲压，注塑，压铸以及电子产品,

·         探索降低制造成本的最佳方案，同时满足China2West的高标准质量要求,

·         供应商报价审核,

·         创建和编辑DFM报告,

·         创建产品质量控制文件、工作指导书和质量保证计划，

·         在生产过程中，特别是在生产初期，拜访工厂，确保供应商严格按照高标准制造所需部件;

·         同时管理多个供应商以满足项目目标;

·         向团队负责人汇报每日/每周的详细工作情况;

·         与工程团队的其他成员沟通，制定清晰的项目计划,

·         项目如遇到任何困难，需前往工厂进行处理。

技巧技能

·         本科学历，机械工程专业，或同等工作经验;

·         4年以上机械或工程领域工作经验。

·         熟悉制造工艺，特别是金属冲压、压铸、注塑/塑料零件、电子产品，

·         有供应商管理经验，

·         流利的中英文口头和书面表达能力，

·         独立思考、分析、咨询和沟通能力，

·         能够自主及时出色地完成任务，

·         能够计划、组织和优先安排工作日程;

·         熟练使用CAD和工程软件

·         熟练使用微软办公软件，包括Excel和Word;

·         能够在国际环境中工作并具有团队合作精神;

·         能够在紧迫的期限内完成任务。
