• You have experience of at least 2 years at an International five star lifestyle hotel as Front Office Manager 

• proven track record and a unique personality with “out of the box mind-set” 

• Strongly service-minded and excellent in guest relations 

• Proficiency in spoken and written English is a major advantage

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• You will be responsible for Front Office operations, Guests Relations, and Hotel car schedule 

• Deliver the brand promise and work on your initiative, implement Guest Recognition programs 

• Provide effective leadership, enable Residence G young, pro-active and dynamic associates to provide High levels of Service 

• Lead life style Residence activities and go beyond guests expectations 

• Promote high guest satisfaction throughout the property
