Requirements 1. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role. 2. Proven sales track record. 3. Experience in customer support is a plus. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 5. Proficiency in English. 6. Market knowledge. 7. Communication and negotiation skills. 8. Ability to build rapport. 9. Time management and planning skills. 10. Bachelor's Degree in business administration, sales or relevant field. Responsibilities for Business Development Manager in South East Asia Area 1. Should research for the best Media and PR companies in every country and appoint them as our master franchisee or country representative. 2. Should attend trade shows and exhibitions and generate sales on advertorials, especially start-up conferences. 3. Syndicate with government and policy makers for regular featuring. 4. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. 5. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. 6. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. 7. Prepare franchisee or country partner contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines. 8. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. 9. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. 10. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople, both permanent and temporary.
