Learning Objective

Nowadays, many experienced project managers are short of systematic project management approaches. Even if they have passed PMP, they still can’t master the skills of real world project management. This course is based on the PMI-PMBOK, the global project management best practice and becoming more practical and simple approaches than MBA courses.

Participants can learn more practical management approaches and skills than MBA. With the lifecycle of the real  world case study, the participant can  acquire 6 systematic approaches of People Management, Scope Management, Schedule Management, Quality Management, Communication and Project Performance Controlling, Risk Management, so as to assure the participants’ real world  projects to achieve success and bring out valuable benefits for their companies and organizations. This course is developed on the basis of PMI-PMBOK Fifth Edition and is very helpful for the participants to master the Global  Project Management Best Practice and  review the PMP system.
