Learning Objective

Business is full of situations where you need to convince others else to do something in your interests, whether it’s your team, your partners or your overseas counterparts. An understanding of corporate and national cultures will inform both your strategy and your negotiating manner.

In this workshop the emphasis will be on using tools and skills to achieve a win-win situation by persuading others it is in their interest to do what you want them to do. You will be able to apply cross cultural awareness to achieve win-win solutions.

本讲习班将不会把时间都安排在带你走完整个谈判流程,而是把更多的重点放在传授让你在任何谈判场景获得优势所需要的工具与技巧,和通过说服别人这是符合他们的利益做你想让他们做的事情,从而实现双赢的局面。

Paul Clayton

Paul Clayton is a business skills trainer from the UK, and gained his Master’s degree at the University of Leeds. He currently lectures in business at the University of Gloucester and spends a lot of his time in Korea and China.

Paul 是一名来自英国的商业技能讲师,在利兹大学获得硕士学位。目前在格洛斯特大学教学,在中国及韩国都生活及工作了一段时间。

 

Paul has worked with Samsung and Bayer AG in Korea on their business training programs. He has also worked closely with Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in their graduate programs. Most recently he delivered seminars in negotiating skills and cultural awareness to senior management at HSBC in China. 

Paul在韩国曾工作于三星及拜耳,参与了他们的商业培训项目。他还与广东外语外贸大学密切合作研究生课程项目。最近,他还在汇丰中国的研讨会上分享了自己在商业谈判及跨文化技能的经验
