Overview


Theta leadership is about relationships. It’s about understanding how does persuasion happen in the brain’s decision-making process, how to use the science of color, body language, and social psychology to fully connect to the customers, consumers and team members.  By understanding and mastering the process of influence, we can succeed better in this highly competitive world.


You will learn:

- How to think and act like the Top leaders in the world

- How to sense leaders and followers in your team from a new perspective

- How to use the simple brain science to take the lead if you want to

- The science of leadership: what we can learn from evolution

- Subtle details of Top leaders: voice, image, body language

- Theta Leadership Model: Strong leader/weak leader/strong follower/weak follower

 

2. Understanding Customers

- Male vs. female/Right handed vs. left handed/risk taker vs. risk aversive

 

3. Understanding Decision Making

- What happen in your brain when you make decisions

- 3 layers of the brain: inner/middle/outer brain

- The key of selling: appeal to the middle brain  

 

4. Personal Packaging

- Wear proper style of clothes/accessories

- Understand and apply to science of color for business and causal occasion

- Practice smile, handshake, posture and eye contact

 

5. Leadership, Influence, and Negotiation Techniques

- Negotiation process: establish rapport, problem identification, solution presentation

- Closing techniques: alternative choice

- Read the body language: hand gesture, tone, facial expression, etc.

- Relationship maintenance: manage your emotional bank account

Sherman Chui

Sherman has 20 years of consulting and in-house training experience as he successfully helped executives to lead the companies in FMCG, technology, jewelry and high-end product industries. Topics includes sales skills, leadership and business negotiation.

He led 2 companies to be listed, and he is now the Director of Theta Learning as well as the Director of Advanced Jewelry Co. Ltd.  Sherman is a futurist focusing on business environmental changes in Great China. 

In his spare time, he teaches business classes such as Leadership, Sales Skills and Brand Management etc. at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.  He is also a MBA Lecturer of Southern Medical University who teaches Neuro-marketing in Healthcare Management.

Besides, Sherman has guest lectured at more than 50 universities/organizations such as Peking University, Tsinghua University, Hong Kong PolyU, TEDx, AIESEC, LeanInGZ etc., has helped more than 30,000 people in GZ, SZ, SH, BJ to plan and improve work and life.
