Job Description

A very exciting and entrepreneurial role for a passionate and committed individual to work in a professional and international environment, to build a team and to engage with the wider business community via a programme of events and other initiatives. 

The ideal candidate is a motivated and focused individual with experience in managing a team and developing and implementing business plans and strategies. Reporting to the Executive Committee, the candidate will develop, introduce and manage new systems and business plans. The candidate will also ideally have a strong marketing background to build and support excellent relationships with long-standing and new members.


  • Management: Responsibility for the day-to-day management and operation of the Chamber.

  • Analysis: Consider member needs and deliver high-quality solutions

  • Leadership: Provide and seek out continuing opportunities to foster a growth mindset

  • Decision-making: Weigh the costs and benefits of various options to determine the best course of action to achieve the Chambers' goals.

  • Problem solving: Analyze past and current performance and recommend objectives to increase memberships, improve events and increase profitability.


  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

  • Strong business acumen in planning and management

  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

  • Confident decision maker

  • Willingness and ability to implement the candidate's own ideas and initiatives

  • Ability to work independently

  • Fluent spoken and written English. Additionally Mandarin preferred
