2017 Outlook:

Trend and Prediction

Wednesday 22nd February, 14:00-17:30 (Shenzhen)

Overview

In 2016, we witnessed a multitude of changes around the world. Events such as Brexit and the US Presidential Election, both caused huge currency fluctuations. Such events will continue to increase levels of uncertainty and instability in 2017. As an increasingly important and major player in many sectors, this year China will have to navigate through an uncertain and unstable global economy.

We cordially invite you to join us at the first Britcham event of 2017 in Shenzhen, Guangdong. In this seminar, there will be an overview of the global and Chinese economy, whilst focusing on the sectors and trends that are going to shape China's activities in 2017.

For this seminar, we are pleased to confirm the attendance of a number of high profile speakers from different sectors who will share their perspectives on the transformation and development of China, and specifically Shenzhen.  Through our thematic approach, speakers will cover the areas of economy, tax, law and real estate developments. Other topics specific to Guangzhou and Shenzhen and how these may affect your operations in 2017 will also be discussed.  In addition to the attendance of the aforementioned high profile speakers, we have also invited government officials from Invest Shenzhen to share some tips on applying for Shenzhen Government support.
