A One-Day Workshop in English 全日英语公开课

Learning Objective

 

This one-day workshop introduces a simple yet very powerful facilitated Change Management strategic planning format to help create a clear direction for teams facing change and execute a change strategy. Using a one-day case study and business simulation, participants will have a chance to experience an actual change scenario and create a change strategy with execution plans to support that change.

为期一天的公开课将介绍一个简单却强大的变革管理战略框架,帮助企业和组织在面对变革时创建明确的方向及执行变革策略。通过为期一天的案例研究和商业模拟,学员将有机会体验一次实际的变化情况,并制定一个改变战略与执行计划。

 

By the end of this workshop, participants will have a more adaptive mindset when facing change and the tools to improve their team’s performance. Specifically, participants will leave with the fundamental tools to set an effective direction for change, measure the impact across and organization and its key stakeholders, evaluate their resources to face change, plot a strategy with our impact to readiness map, and effectively draft 90-day action plans to support critical projects as part of the change strategy.

课程结束后,学员将用更从容的心态面对变革,并掌握提高团队绩效的工具。具体地说,学员将掌握重要工具来:建立有效变革方向,衡量变革对组织及利益相关方带来的影响,评估面对变革的资源,绘制具有影响力的变革战略地图,并起草90天行动计划来支持关键项目。

 John Dorris  陶宏梦 - Sino Associates Chief Cultural Officer

John Dorris is the Founder and the Chief Cultural Officer of Sino Associates with more than 15 years of training, coaching and facilitation experience in Asia, including 13 years of leadership development experience in China. John has developed thousands of professionals in leadership practices across Asia, and North America with a focus on Global Leadership and coaching leaders in transition to new roles.

 His Global Leadership course prepares leaders to create impact and drive results on international teams. He has worked with supervisor to executive level leaders from every corner of the world to be more effective and inclusive in multicultural business environments.

 John brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients through his rich multicultural background having lived and worked in nine countries. In addition to providing services to corporate clients, John is an adjunct professor for HKU and Duke University on topics of leadership and coaching. He has also been a key speaker at events organized by APEC and chambers of commerce, among other business and HR focused organizations.
